At Compass Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and a satisfaction guarantee on our roasted beans.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.

    Prepare Your Package

    For equipment and merchandise, ensure the item is in its original packaging; for coffee quality issues, please provide the batch number from the bag.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once we receive your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement within 3-5 business days.
